You get a detailed quote and 3D renders after signing contract within a few days. You see the bathroom before we build it, down to the tile pattern.
Build Phase
Most bathrooms are completed in 2 to 3 weeks. We protect your floors, contain the dust, and clean up at the end of every day.
Final Walkthrough and Warranty
We walk through the finished bathroom with you and back our work with a 1 year workmanship warranty.
Honest Pricing, No Surprises
Bathrooms hide more surprises than any other room. Old cast iron drains, rotted subfloor under tile, mold behind the vanity, galvanized supply lines that need to go. We give you a clear quote based on what we can see, but we cannot see what is behind the walls until we open them.
That is why we recommend setting aside an additional 20 percent of your project budget as a contingency reserve. We are upfront about this from day one and include it in our contract. If we do not need it, you keep it. We would rather be honest from the start than surprise you halfway through.
