What we do

Twelve trades. One contract. Watch it go up.

The only things we hand off are exteriors, landscaping and pest control. Everything else happens with our own people, in this order.

01Design and drawings
  1. Design and drawings

Interior design, 3D rendering, architectural plans and permit filings. Before anything moves.

  2. Demolition

Selective demolition, debris haul off and full site protection in occupied buildings.

  3. Framing and structure

Wood and metal stud framing, partition walls, soffits, subfloor and structural openings.

  4. Electrical

New circuits, panel upgrades, dedicated lines, recessed and cabinet lighting, low voltage.

  5. Plumbing

Rough in for kitchens and bathrooms, repiping, fixtures, leak repair and valve replacement.

  6. Drywall and finishes

Hanging and taping, patching, wallpaper, painting, plaster and soundproofing.

  7. Carpentry and millwork

Finish trim, custom built ins, cabinets, doors and hardware, stairs and handrails.

  8. Tile and flooring

Floor and wall tile, hardwood, vinyl and laminate, waterproofing and transitions.

  9. Kitchens and bathrooms

Full remodels from demolition to the last fixture, coordinated as one scope.

  10. HVAC and mechanical

Maintenance programs, AC and heater service, drain line clearing, seasonal checks.

  11. Commercial and turnovers

Retail and office fit outs, apartment turnovers, punch list and project close out.

  12. Ongoing maintenance

Standing agreements for businesses that would rather call one number than find a contractor twice a year.

How we work

Plan, design, build. Nobody hands your project to a stranger.

Most contractors coordinate outside architects and designers. Ours sit on our team, which is why the drawings match what gets built. Tap a phase.

We scope the work, pull what needs pulling, and price it line by line.

  • Written scope, itemized
  • Permits and filings handled here, not discovered later
  • Labor and materials priced separately
  • Building approvals and work windows confirmed
Getting started

It starts with a message. You get a number before you commit to anything.

No forms, no sales call, no waiting two weeks for someone to come look. This is a real timeline.
